Gian Marco Iulietto is an Italian tech lawyer focused on the regulation of emerging technologies: FinTech and crypto-assets, artificial intelligence, data protection and cybersecurity, intellectual property and corporate transactions. He works between Italy and the United States and is a Senior Associate at LX20 Law Firm, where he coordinates authorisation projects under the MiCA Regulation (MiCAR). In 2025 he became the first Italian to win the Innovative Leaders category of the Leadership, Influence & Inclusivity in Law Awards by Law.com International.

His work is regulatory compliance and legal engineering: turning rules into processes, contracts and products that work. Alongside his role at LX20 he is Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Italian Artisan and Senior Advisor at CLES, advising central government bodies and major public entities. He is Head of Tech Law at Samnium Innovation Hub and serves as Data Protection Officer for professional associations.

He teaches privacy, cybersecurity, fintech and artificial intelligence at the Molise Bar School (Scuola Forense del Molise). In 2026 he took part in the NSF I-Corps Great Lakes programme at the University of Chicago's Polsky Center with the project “Nexus Q-Link Transduction”, developed with two Fermilab researchers. He writes and speaks on tech law for newspapers, conferences and media, along with many other public events. He is from Molise, Italy. His contribution to innovation comes through tech law: the rules of the future for business and progress.
