AI Regulation & Governance
Gian Marco Iulietto helps companies and public bodies use artificial intelligence in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) and the rules around it.
The work starts by mapping the AI systems actually in use and classifying them by risk level, and ends with concrete internal rules: policies on AI use by employees and contractors, training programmes, contract clauses with suppliers, and safeguards for personal data and intellectual property. Special attention goes to use cases in financial services and in the public sector.
He teaches artificial intelligence and law at the Molise Bar School and speaks on the topic at conferences and in the press, in particular on AI and copyright and on the role of the legal engineer.

- What does Gian Marco Iulietto do on AI?
- AI Act compliance, internal AI use policies, training, contracts with AI system providers, and alignment with privacy and intellectual property rules.
